PROJECT INFORMATION
Construction of state of art Internal standard Bus Terminal , multi story Hotel and Commercial Complex on Design , Built ,Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis under Public Private Partnership (PPP) model with Greater Mohali Area Development Authority and M/s C&C Construction Limited & State Transport , GOP & Punjab Infrastructure Development Board in Mohali , Punjab.
The world class Bus Terminal comprises of bus bay, computerized tolling booth, parking facility for 2 wheeler , auto rickshaw , four wheeler etc , Commercial Complex includes Retail spaces e.g. Hyper Market , Anchor Mall , entertainment , Food Court , Multiplex , Health and wellness center , Banquet hall etc. including one multistory hotel complex.
The total built up area of the project is approx 1.50 million square feet.
Job Description
Correspond and liaison with Govt. Depts. relating to building plans, occupation certificates/ completion certificate of licenses.
Getting all type of approvals and licenses from Govt departments.
Seeking all
pre, during & post construction approvals
as per Central & State Government Acts, notifications, Bye laws & orders
Establish Liaison with Govt. officials to expedite processing of approvals. Monitor inter/ intra Govt. Department movement of files/ cases /approvals.
Constantly establish liaison with consultants hired for obtaining approvals & monitor their progress.
Constantly establish liaison with Government officials for any trouble shooting activity.
Keeping close monitoring of timelines in regard to pre-during and post construction approvals & other statutory obligations under the agreement with Concessioning authority.
Empanel consultants for obtaining approvals.
Establish constant Liaison with Pollution control Board and State Level Environment Assessment Committee.
